Jordan joined the Auto Industry in 2016 and ever since, he has been determined to change the way traditional car dealerships operate.  He truly believes in educating the clients and providing a world-class transparent experience. His goal for Audi Thornhill is to reduce transaction times for the clients and to make them feel like they are part of the family. His focus for the new store is to build a team that shares his passion and vision for an unprecedented customer experience.On his day off, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, building model kits and spending the occasional weekend at the local track. Jordan is also a huge animal lover, feel free to bring in your furry companions when you visit the showroom!

Fiona has always had an interest in cars starting from a young age. She worked at Canadian Tire for 11 years in customer service, service and parts where her knowledge of the automotive world grew. She joined the auto industry in 2011 as a receptionist and moved on to service admin and then into parts management. She is very driven and her goal as a parts manager at Audi Thornhill is to make the process easy, efficient and accurate. You can often find her spending time in the shop learning or reading up on the latest tech. On her spare time away from the office she enjoys visiting Homesense to feed her love for interior decorating. She also enjoys travelling and coffee, lots of coffee.
